Developer Refund Policy
WHMCS Services refund policy describes the circumstances, the process of claiming, and the liabilities of WHMCS Services related to a transaction ending in a refund claim.
Coverage & Scope
This refund policy covers WHMCS Services treatment of refunds by WHMCS Services and its website.
This refund policy does not apply to the practices of companies that WHMCS Services does not own or control, or of persons that WHMCS Services does not employ or manage, including any third-party service and/or product providers bound by contract and any third-party websites to which WHMCS Services websites link.
Eligibility for refund
WHMCS Services takes on every project sincerely and professionally. WHMCS Services aims to ensure that the client receives the result as per our commitment. However, if you are not happy with the outcome and have gone through the dispute resolution process, we do entertain refund requests as per the following schedule:
- Full refund if the project has not been initiated or if the initial design style is not approved.
- Full refund if the programmer has not started the project.
- No refund will be provided for the days the resource has already worked. If a client is not satisfied with the work at any point in time, they must immediately notify our Sales Department and ask for commitments towards discounts for the work loss. Any such negotiation at a later date will not be acceptable.
- Existing sites - Work done on an existing site is done on an unseen basis: Due to the nature of existing sites (sites already finished or partially finished by a third party), we cannot predict code integrity. We undertake this work on the understanding that we will research and develop the existing code, but we make no guarantees that the previous work is a suitable framework for us to work with.
- For any custom template that is not part of custom module development, there is no refund. If WHMCS Services finished the custom module and somehow it does not work with your custom template, your responsibility is to contact your template vendor and get it fixed. Applicability of the Delivery Policy
Please note that WHMCS Services delivery commitment is subject to:
- Timely payments: A project is not considered to be void if the agreed-upon / listed payments are not clear.
- Timely communication from the client: We are not bound to respect our Refund Policy if the required information for the successful completion of the project is not communicated to us in a timely manner. Any delay or failure of the project arising out of such situations cannot be attributed to WHMCS Services.
- Completeness of information provided by the client: If the information provided to us is incomplete and/or complete information/scope of the project (service and/or product) is not provided at the beginning of the project, WHMCS Services is not bound to maintain its delivery and /or refund commitments.
- WHMCS Services will not make any compensation for the delay of delivery under any circumstances unless there is a special agreement signed with a penalty clause for delay in delivery.
Filing for a refund
We strongly believe that every project is initiated to provide a specific service and/or product. Refunds are considered as the last resort when both parties have made all possible attempts to cordially work out a mutually acceptable solution.

Refund claims should only be filed if the mutual settlement process fails or if you are not satisfied with the outcome.
Limitation of Liability
WHMCS Services liability is limited to the value of the portion of the project (as per WHMCS Services proposal), which stands incomplete at any given point in time. At any point in time, WHMCS Services cannot be held responsible for losses out of the services delivered / not delivered or the delay in the same.
